Once the sample is approved, production follows a controlled flow. Offset printing on a Komori Lithrone press reproduces the artwork on art paper; laser cutting shapes every pop-up part with clean edges; layers are creased, folded and hand-assembled into the bouquet; each card is opened and checked; then cards are packed one by one into envelopes with OPP bags and finally into export cartons.

The line runs inside our 7,000-square-meter factory, where 35 engineers support both standard and new structures. Batch QC sampling and a final open-and-close check protect consistency across your order.

Each thank you pop up card ships in its own envelope with an OPP bag, shielding the pop-up structure from dust and moisture in transit. Custom packaging is available for retail or gift presentation. For export, cards are packed into 5-layer K=K export cartons and loaded onto pallets; cartons pass a drop test before loading to confirm the die-cut parts stay in place. Sea and air freight are both supported, with cartons marked to your destination.
